To become successful or build a strong business you have to know your basics. how to motivate your staff, advertise your product, and build a reputation.

and how to do all of those stuff, is a matter of keeping certain fundamentals.

First important Rule:

“people buy why , not what is your product”

Always remember that without the why you’re just bringing something to people which they dont know why to use, or why should they buy.

why do you think apple fans are always proud of getting apple products, and they always have something to defend their love for apples products ? they just share the same vision that apple set and explained very well for its employees and users. same goes for googles vision and so on.

Always keep trust worthy standards

You have to make sure never to fool the users with a hidden agreement, tricky ‘Terms apply’ or other stuff like that.otherwise, IT WILL bite you back and your business becomes shady to people and people will doubt your why.

Be Confident!

If you’re not confident in your ideas and vision, people wont trust you nor will be motivated to follow such a vision, which will cause each to follow their own self-driven goals instead of big goal that all strive to achieve. if people don’t trust, then ‘why’ doesn’t matter anymore.

Ask yourself “Why anyone should trust you”

Finding this answer will help you know the WHY better and will implicitly help you be more confident about your idea and vision.

Familiarity

People are most likely to hire the baby sitter next door which they dont know and might not have any experience taking care of kids at all, rather than hiring that guy that they dont know but has a remarkable resume.

The concept of buyer and influencer isn’t new!

The question is how do you get an influencer to talk about you, so you can make the system tip. Opinions of others matter, whether you like or not. so, try to get leverage there.
